Guidance Office

The School Counseling Office of Everest provides comprehensive and responsive services to support the academic, personal, social, and emotional growth of all students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Rooted in ethical standards set by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) and the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004 (RA 9258), the office plays a vital role in promoting the Integral Formation of students.

Our School Counselors work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student well-being and academic success. Through individualized attention, developmental guidance, and responsive counseling services, the office ensures that every student is given access to the support they need to be able to thrive in school and beyond.

Core Services

Counseling
Students receive support in developing effective study habits, monitoring their academic progress and planning their educational pathways. Individual consultation and group counseling sessions also address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being.

Information Service
The School Counseling Office offers relevant and developmentally-appropriate talks on educational, career learning and exploration opportunities, and personal-social issues through structured orientation programs and information sessions.

Preventive and Developmental Programs
Classroom guidance modules focusing on virtues, life skills, socio-emotional learning and wellness initiatives are offered at every level to support each child’s age-appropriate development.

Career Counseling and College Preparation Services
Students are given early career learning opportunities and exposure to the process of learning more about their personal interests, skills and values in primary school and middle school. As our students approach high school, career counseling focuses on career exploration, college planning, navigating university admissions and scholarship opportunities. Rooted in Regnum Christi principles, career counseling supports students in discerning their God-given vocation—not just a career path. Through this process, students are encouraged to make purposeful, faith-driven decisions about their future.
