Mentoring Program

Everest, as a Regnum Christi school, upholds personal accompaniment as a hallmark of its formative mission.
Mentoring plays a central role in helping each student grow in friendship with Jesus Christ, develop a life of virtue, and fulfill their unique personal vocation.

Mentoring at Everest is grounded in the Regnum Christi principle of person-centered accompaniment—a close, intentional, and caring relationship that mirrors the way Christ personally formed those around Him. It aims to help students face the questions and challenges of life with confidence and grace, fostering their transformation into the person God calls them to be.
The formal mentoring program begins in Grade 4 and continues through Grade 12. It consists of short, regular dialogues between students and their assigned mentors.
