Parent Community

Partners in formation.
We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children. Our role as a school is to support families in this sacred responsibility, walking alongside them in the mission of Integral Formation.
Everest encourages active parent participation in the life of the school through well-established structures designed to strengthen family involvement and build community.
Here are some ways our Everest parent community comes together:
Parent Formation Talks
Everest supports parents in their vocation as Catholic Christian leaders of their families by offering meaningful formation opportunities throughout the year. Through seminars, workshops, retreats, and spiritual formation activities, the school aims to strengthen the home-school partnership and assist parents in their role as the primary formators of their children. These programs address key areas such as marriage, parenting, and living out the Catholic faith, while also helping parents understand the developmental needs of their children and grow in confidence in facing the challenges of family life.
Everest Parent Support Team (EPST)
The Everest Parent Support Team (EPST) is a parent-led structure designed to foster engagement, collaboration, and community among Everest families. Guided by two lead parent couples, the EPST helps coordinate the efforts of Homeroom Moms and heads of various parent committees dedicated to formation, apostolate, fellowship, and other school initiatives.
Celebrating Family Bonds
Throughout the school year, we honor the important relationships that shape our students’ lives. These events offer moments of gratitude, reflection, and togetherness.
-
Grandparents’ Day – Celebrating generational wisdom and connection
-
Father’s Day – Honoring fathers as protectors, role models, and heroes
-
Mother’s Day – A tribute to the love and strength of Everest moms
Everest Fair
The Everest Fair is a heartwarming annual event that brings together students, parents, and staff for a day of games, food, and performances. It’s a vibrant expression of our community’s spirit and the shared joy that makes Everest a unique place to grow.
Everest Gala
The Everest Gala is a special community gathering that brings together parents, alumni, and friends in support of worthy causes aligned with our school’s mission. More than just a celebration, the Gala is an opportunity to give back, fund meaningful projects, and strengthen the impact of Everest beyond the classroom. It’s an evening of generosity, shared joy, and commitment to making a difference together.
Family Missions
Our Family Missions program is designed to provide an opportunity for families to come together and serve their community, spreading love, kindness, and compassion in the spirit of Christ’s Paschal Mystery. Through a variety of volunteer activities, prayer services, and learning sessions, families will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need while nurturing their own spiritual growth.
